Grace in stone

Stone has the remarkable ability to preserve movement. Inspired by the sculptural figures of Belur, these photographs explore gesture, rhythm and grace as they continue to emerge through changing light. This series reflects upon how craftsmanship transforms stone into an enduring expression of life, where movement remains present long after the dancer has disappeared.
